Current Events

New Townhome Construction!

The ongoing construction occurring on 46th Terr and on Appleton in the cul-de-sac has encountered several delays that unfortunately has extended the completion timeline. Fourteen new slab du-plex townhomes are being built for owner occupancy (no rentals allowed.) We will keep you informed as much as possible. No completion date is known at this time.

Please be mindful to not block your neighbors driveway, the mailbox, or any part of the sidewalk with personal or guest vehicles.

Please park vehicles inside the garage.

Safety and Security

The HOA has made improvements to reduce the frequency of negative outside individuals in our neighborhood. Please keep a look out and report any criminal activity to the Police. Do not try to handle it yourself.

Safety Suggestions

1. Use smart lights or other devices to create the impression you are home.

2. Install an alarm system.

3. Lock all doors and windows.

4. Strongly consider a video doorbell camera or security cameras outside and inside your home.

5. Consider using neighborhood watch apps so you can share updates (crime, suspicious activity, etc.)

6. Never leave anything out in plain sight inside your car.

ALERT: Vandalism of mailboxes is occurring late at night. Please keep a look out and your security cameras turned on.
